Terms and conditions for conducting and participating in the game “Easter 2025”
I. General Terms and Conditions
- The present participation rules regulate the procedure and conditions for conducting and participating in the EVOO Bulgaria “Pizza 2025” game.
- The organizer of the game and the administrator of the personal data provided by the participants during the raffle is “Circus Novas Pelus” Ltd., registered in the commercial register at the Registry Agency with UIC 205864787, with headquarters and management address: Sofia, Kn. Maria Luiza Blvd. 42.
II. Period of the game conduction
- The game takes place from 00:00 on 12.05.2025 to 23:59 on 30.06.2025.
- The game is organized and conducted in Bulgarian language only for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
III. Right to participate
- All individuals over 18 years old have the right to participate in the game, except for employees of the Organizer, their family members (parents, children, spouses, and persons in factual cohabitation), as well as all individuals involved in the organization and conduct of the raffle. Legal entities are not allowed to participate in the raffle.
- Only users who have accepted and received the ordered product(s) through the online store participate in the game. Users who placed an order as described above but later refused to receive it are not allowed to participate.
- Participation in the game is only possible by complying with these rules.
- By participating in the game, the user explicitly agrees that they accept these rules and will comply with them. The rules will be available for the entire duration of the raffle here.
- By accepting these rules, the user agrees to the processing of their personal data according to the terms specified in the privacy policy available here.
- By participating in this game, users understand that these rules have the force of a concluded contract between the parties and fully accept the conditions for participation, winner determination, and prize provision.
- At any time, any user can terminate their participation in the raffle by sending an email to onlinesales@evoo.bg From the email they participated with. This way, the contract between him/her and the Organizer is terminated.
IV. Terms of participation
- To participate in the game, the user must within the period of the event: place an order for products through our website evoo.bg
- During the game period, each user can participate unlimited times, provided that with one placed and received order they participate only once, i.e. for each additional participation a new order is required.
V. Removal from participation
- The organizer has the right to remove from participation in the game users who have registered invalid e-mail addresses, have made mistakes when entering the information required for order registration.
VI. Reward
- By registering in the game and complying with the order and conditions under IV points 1 and 2 above, the user can win one of the following prizes:

VII. Determining winning users
- The determination of the winning user for the above-mentioned prizes will be carried out on 10.07.2025 by random selection among all registered users during the raffle period.
VIII. Limitation of Liability
- The organizer is only liable for damages that are a direct and immediate consequence of participation in the game and that have arisen due to the fault of the organizer.
- The organizer does not bear warranty liability for any prize, which is provided (if applicable) according to the terms of its manufacturer/distributor.
- The organizer has the right to terminate the game, as well as to change the rules at any time by announcing it appropriately. In such cases, no compensation is owed to the users.
- The organizer is not obliged to correspond with users who have not won.
- All users bear full responsibility for all expenses incurred due to their participation in the game.
- Users who do not comply with these rules will be disqualified without further notice, losing the right to participate in the game.
IX. Receiving a reward
- The organizer sends the prizes within 10 working days after the winners are drawn and their delivery details are confirmed.
- The delivery costs are borne by the Organizer.
